Yass Valley Aged Care offers 65 partially furnished single rooms in three styles, encouraging residents to personalise their space with familiar furniture, decorations, and personal items from home.
Support at Home
Support at Home both funded and unfunded, include personal care, domestic assistance, transport, shopping, social support, allied health, gardening, home modifications, and maintenance.
Palliative
Care
Yass Valley Aged Care provides Palliative supports and cares to Permanent and Respite residents. A palliative approach is appropriate for individuals with any life limiting illness and their families.
